An alternative album from ‘THE KILLS’ is set to drop on October 27, in the mean time, they’ve just released ‘103’ single from the incoming album titled ‘ GOD GAMES’.
The Kills have recently made public their plans for a sixth studio album, ‘God Games’, set to be released on October 27 through Domino. This announcement is accompanied by the release of a fresh single, ‘103’, complete with a video directed by Steven Sebring. This follows their previous tracks, ‘New York’ and ‘LA Hex’.
The press release reveals that “103”, a temperature in Fahrenheit, underscores the harsh truth of formidable uninhabitability, viewed through the prism of a somber, distorted love song. Concurrently, the Kills laid down tracks for God Games in a vintage church, under the guidance of producer Paul Epworth. Two tracks from the album — the previously released “LA Hex” and “My Girls My Girls” — include collaborations with the Compton Kidz Club Choir.
