In May, after releasing his Won’t He Do It album, Conway was preparing for a tour. Unfortunately, he suffered a significant leg injury, specifically a fractured right tibia and dislocated kneecap. However, this setback didn’t stop him from working hard. As soon as he was released from the hospital, he wasted no time and started recording again. Now, with the tour back on track and a couple of projects in the works, Conway the Machine is back at rhythm hub, shining the spotlight on his Drumwork roster.
He recently released a new project called Drumwork: The Album, which features 13 tracks. The album includes music from Conway and his crew, such as Jae Skeese, 7xvethegenius, Goosebytheway, SK Da King, Kota Savia, and Lucky Seven. It also features collaborations with artists like Benny the Butcher, 38 Spesh, Rome Streetz, B$F’s Heem, ElCamino, and D Smoke.
